Ranging from well-known consumer products like mussels, sardines, and razor clams to lesser known products like cockles and baby eels, all conservas are hand-packed using traditional methods.

Maria’s Packaged Goods & Community Bar will be selling spirit free beverages, wine, beer, and their own bottled cocktails.

Artist Collective and Designers

Buddy, opening soon online and eventually at the Cultural Center, will feature one of a kind ceramics, artist prints, literature, self-care products, masks, and more from local artists and small businesses.

Sauce and Bread Kitchen)has been the bricks and mortar amalgam of two beloved Chi-Town food forces: social enterprise Co-op Sauce (Mike Bancroft) and bread/pastry makers extraordinaire Crumb Chicago (Anne Kostroski).
